The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas

This is one of the most amazing books I have ever read. The ending really got me and almost made me cry. I think that everyone should read this book because it made me see the whole racial issue a little differently. The media twists things to make the victims look like the bad guy and this really highlighted that. Thomas made everything a little clearer. It showed people that even if they're in a hard situation, they can make it out. I love this book so much.
