The story is about a boy who is a third child and in this world there are only aloud to be 2 children per family so this boy has to stay up in his room upstairs and has to stay hidden. But the people next door have 2 boys but one day through his tiny window sees a girl. What shall he do next did she see him or is she a 3rd child too?
