Lord of the Flies by William Golding

I thought that the book was decent and somewhat odd. In the manner that at the very beginning their suddenly stuck on an island. I would have liked it more if it gave somewhat of a story behind it. I didn't finish the book but i read enough that i could have somewhat of a review. I liked the idea of kids being stranded in nature because nowadays everyone is always on their phone and not caring for the environment. It seemed like a good book just it started suddenly, instead of leading up to a point, it started at the point and got worse and worse, like a roller coaster it started good but it lead down and wasn't all that great anymore.
