Asylum by Madeleine Roux
Asylum is an awesome book. I would recommend it to anyone who loves thrill. I like that even though the story line is fiction it has non-fiction in it. It is about a few students from a summer program. They attend this place for college prep or something like it. Dan and his friends are living in the old asylum, Brookline. They begin to explore finding old asylum rooms, the offices of the people, and even more. As the find things in the book the author pulls real life asylum pictures to go along with what is happening in the book. I really enjoy this book because the story line keeps me entertained Dan's infatuation with the asylum and the people who were once apart of it make it a very interesting book. I like the way the author incorporates real life asylum things. It not only a good read but it kind of informs you what it was like in the asylums. As I said before the book it a definite 10/10 and recommend it to all.
