I really liked this book because of how the author makes the characters independent and how the to main characters more dependent of each other like how Jaque pierce doesn't know about her father's life until she's meets the new foreign student when he arrives. What stood out to me the most was when Jaque found out that there are other creatures in the world like canis lupus (werewolf) and she is part canis lupus and human but she ends up finding out the new transfer student is her mate.
